Dr. Abirami S. Kennedy - Axel Health Centre

Dr. Abirami S. Kennedy is a board certified Pulmonologist and Allergist with over a decade of clinical experience in treating respiratory and allergic disorders. She completed her MBBS and went on to earn her MD in Respiratory Medicine, followed by a Diploma in Allergy and Asthma (DAA) from the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, a centers of excellence in allergy care.

Her commitment to advancing care in holistic respiratory medicine and chronic disease care is further reflected in her training in Sleep Medicine and international affiliation as a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI), enabling her to stay at the forefront of global developments in allergy diagnostics and immunotherapeutics.

Dr. Abirami’s areas of expertise include comprehensive allergy diagnostics, allergen immunotherapy, chronic asthma management, nasal and bronchial hypersensitivity syndromes, atopic dermatitis, and sleep-related breathing disorders. She is especially skilled in the long-term management of allergic rhinitis, uncontrolled asthma, food and environmental allergies, and sleep apnea, using an integrated care model.
